Education Networks of America (ENA) was Clay’s Internet Service Provider who also provided interconnectivity to every school site through our Dark Fiber Ring. ENA was recently purchased by Zayo Education, LLC. This amendment changes the contract to name Zayo as the party providing services to the Clay County School Board.

WIthout this amendment, the contract would not name the correct company providing services.

The Clay County School Board has contracted for these services since 07/01/2019.

The contract will be updated to reflect the correct service provider.
