Title
C12 - Change Order #1 for Fleming Island High School AICE Testing Facility
Description

Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval.  This change order is for owner requested items.  Specifically, to replace the failing storm water piping in the vicinity of the AICE Testing Building, relocate the water mains and a credit for the deletion of the knockdown ceiling finish in the restrooms.  The piping would be replaced regardless of the construction of the new building.
