Description Issue Rationale for bids to be awarded as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.012 and School Board Policy a. Epoxy Floor Services – County Wide Bid #17-F-227: Contract Period is July 3, 2017 through June 30, 2019. Bid established for the purchase, delivery and installation of Epoxy Flooring as needed County Wide determined by the Maintenance Department. Ten (10) bids solicited plus listed on our web site for down load and four (4) bids were received: The vendor awarded is the lowest most responsive qualified bidder meeting specifications. | ||
Gap Analysis The District requires contractors and vendors to provide services to insure our facilities and equipment are maintained and functional. | ||
Previous Outcomes The District has no prior Board approved bids for this type of service. | ||
Expected Outcomes Upon approval by the Board; we expect the contractors and vendors to provide quality services at the terms and conditions listed in the Bids. | ||
