Description

An agreement with the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) is necessary in order for the school district to receive Medicaid reimbursement.

 

Gap Analysis

Medicaid reimbursement through AHCA is a vital element of the budget for services for Students with Disabilities.

 

Previous Outcomes

Medicaid reimbursement to the Clay County District Schools provides approximately one-half million dollars annually for services to Students with Disabilities.

Medicaid Fee-for-Service Totals by Fiscal Year:  2013-2014:  $408,108.29, 2014-2015:  $502,437.99, 2015-2016:  $452,777.88.

 

Expected Outcomes

Continue agreement to receive reimbursement for services to Students with Disabilities via ACHA.
