Award BID as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.012 and School Board Policy

a.  Flooring Services – County Wide Bid #26-MA-335: Contract period is for a one (1) year period from June 5, 2026 through June 4, 2027 with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year contract periods upon mutual agreement, in writing. Bid established to furnish, and deliver as required, all necessary labor, materials, equipment and transportation to provide the delivery and installation of flooring materials. The vendor(s) awarded is the lowest, most responsive and responsible qualified bidder meeting specifications.    

b.  Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Contracted Operations – County Wide Bid #26-MA-336: Contract period is for a three (3) year period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029 with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year contract periods upon mutual agreement, in writing. Bid established for the monitoring, reporting, record keeping and sampling services at designated water and wastewater treatment facilities owned by the School Board.  The vendor awarded is the lowest, most responsive and responsible qualified bidder meeting specifications.

The District requires contractors to provide services to ensure our ​​facilities and equipment are maintained and functional. The District requires vendors to provide products and/or services to ensure our students and staff receive the products and/or services to meet their needs.

Prior Board approved Bid will expire but it was used successfully during the past terms to provide quality services and products to the district.

Upon approval by the Board, we expect the contractors and vendors to provide quality services and products at the terms and conditions listed in the Bid.
