Title C5 - Changes to the Salary Schedule for Contract Year 2018-2019 | ||
Description Florida Statutes 1012.22 and 1012.27 require the district school board and superintendent to adopt a salary schedule to be used as a basis for paying school district employees. Any changes and revisions made to the salary schedule throughout the school year are brought to the School Board for approval. Some of the changes are a reflection of the reorganization of the Food and Nutrition Services. The Board approved the changes to the job descriptions last month and the requested changes for Food and Nutrition Services are paid for through Federal Funds. In addition, Section I also reflects the job description changes, approved by the Board at the May 3, 2018 board meeting, for the Business Affairs Division. The School Safety Officers and Lead School Safety Officers positions were added to the Miscellaneous Salary Schedule as they are non-bargaining unit positions.

Financial Impact Update of current titles. Food and Nutrition Services have updated their managerial pay structure which is paid out of Federal Funds, ($167,891.10). The total cost of changes to the salary schedule for the Business Affairs Division is $50,643.00. | ||
