C22 - Agreement Renewals
Renew Agreements as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.012 and School Board Policy
a. County-Wide Civil Engineering Services Agreement: Contract Period is August 3, 2018 through August 3, 2019. The contract period is for one (1) year and is the final renewal.
b. County-Wide Architect Agreement: Contract Period is August 3, 2018 through August 3, 2019. The contract period is for one (1) year and is the final renewal.
The District requires contractors to provide services to design, manage and inspect our ​​facilities and equipment to promote a safe, efficient, and effective learning environment.
Original Agreements were Board approved August 3, 2017 and have been used successfully during the past term to provide quality services and products to the district.
Upon approval by the Board; we expect the contractors to continue providing quality services and products at the same terms and conditions as when the original Agreement were awarded.
The district ensures fiscal responsibility & equitable distribution of resources.

All funding necessary for the Civil Engineering and Architectural fees are budgeted within the Educational Facilities Plan. The exact amount of fees cannot be determined at this time.
