Description Award BID as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.012 and School Board Policy a. Chiller Services - County Wide Bid #18-MA-314: Contract Period is for a three (3) year period from September 1, 2018 through through August 31, 2021. Bid established for the purchase of labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision to perform chiller services to include quarterly and comprehensive annual maintenance service inspections and if required, the repair and replacement of chiller units and related items at the listed hourly rate and parts multiplier. The vendors awarded are the four (4) lowest most responsive qualified bidder meeting specifications for Section 1 and Section 2. | ||
Gap Analysis The District requires contractors to provide services to ensure our ​​facilities and equipment are maintained and functional. | ||
Previous Outcomes Prior Board approved Bid will be expiring soon and it has been used successfully during the past terms to provide quality services and products to the district. | ||
Expected Outcomes Upon approval by the Board, we expect the contractors and vendors to provide quality services and products at the terms and conditions listed in the Bid. | ||
