Description Issue Rationale for renewals as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.012 and School Board Policy a. Plumbing Construction, Repair and Connection for Existing and/or New Construction and Relocatable Classrooms County Wide Bid #13-F-216: Contract Period is April 1, 2017 through April 30, 2018. This is the final renewal. b. Motor Oil & Transmission Fluid Bid #15-TR-89: Contract Period is April 22, 2017 through April 30, 2018. This is the second renewal. Gap Analysis : The District requires contractors and vendors to provide services to insure our facilities and equipment are maintained and functional. Expected Outcomes : We expect the contractors and vendors to continue providing quality services at the same terms and conditions as when the original Bids were awarded.
