As a part of the School District's new partnership with the Jacksonville Icemen hockey team, the Icemen are presenting a check to the School District to support public education in Clay County. In addition to their generous financial support, the Icemen have also committed to working with our Career and Technical Education programs to offer internships for students, career shadowing opportunities, and externships for teachers. The Icemen will also be working with student athletic programs and booster clubs to provide additional support to all high schools.

As a new community partner of the school district, the Jacksonville Icemen have contributed to all levels of education within Clay County and support both students and teachers. This partnership furthers a primary goal of our current strategic plan by continuing to develop and grow support for our schools from across the First Coast region.
