| Description The adopted payroll calendar serves as the instrument for the reporting of employees for payroll purposes. | ||
| Gap Analysis School Board of Clay County Policy po6510 states that payroll schedules shall be established to ensure employees are paid promptly and in accordance with Florida statutes. Florida Administrative Code F.A.C. 6a-1.052 states that all personnel shall be paid in accordance with payroll period schedules adopted by the school board. Approval of the payroll calendars is required to ensure compliance with this policy and the administrative code. | ||
| Previous Outcomes All proposed 2026-2027 payroll calendars are developed based on approved work calendars, which were adopted on November 6, 2025. | ||
