| Description Yearly, Clay County nominates to the state outstanding volunteers of the year in the Youth, Adult, and Senior Adult categories. The School Board will recognize the 2023-2024 Clay County winners. Clay County's Senior Adult nominee was selected as one of Florida's Outstanding 2023-2024 Volunteers.
