Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval.  This change order is for twenty-nine (29) additional days and liquidated damages for 3 days @ $500.00 per day past the Substantial Completion date of January 20, 2019.
