Mental Health Awareness Month has been observed in May in the United States since 1949, reaching millions of people in the United States through the media, local events, and screenings. Clay County School District is supporting this national observation with outreach activities during the month. Our Office of Climate and Culture organizes events for all students K-12 to participate in to promote mental health and decrease the estimation of this illness.
