Each phase or combination of phases is submitted to the School Board for review and approval.  The plans have received staff review and are complete to Schematic/Preliminary/Final (Phase I, II & III) stages.

Individual departments review plans and specification for the Renovation of Science Labs at Keystone Heights High School project.  This phase allows for greater scope definition, resource analysis, and milestones and deadline determination for the final plans and specifications.  The primary participants in this phase are current administration of the school, facilities, and maintenance.

Individual departments have the opportunity to express concerns during plan review in order to design a facility that will meet user’s expectations.

Final Plan review allows for participation from a variety of departments to ensure any program changes are incorporated into the design.

Ensure effective management of the organization, operations and facilities to maximize the use of resources and promote a safe, efficient and effective learning environment for Clay County students.
