Title C5 - Complete Salary Schedule 2017-2018 | ||
Description Florida Statutes 1012.22 and 1012.27 require the district school board and superintendent to adopt a salary schedule to be used as a basis for paying school district employees.
Agreements with both CCEA and CESPA have been ratified by all parties. The attached document represents those agreements along with the Administrative/Management/Supervisory/Confidential Section, Miscellaneous, and Travel to complete the Salary Schedule for 2017-2018. The document is routinely updated as changes occur. | ||
Gap Analysis Annual approval of Salary Schedules are required pursuant to section F.S. 1011.60(4). | ||
Previous Outcomes Collective Bargaining agreement with CESPA was ratified on February 1, 2018. The CCEA agreement was ratified on February 1, 2018. | ||

Financial Impact Section I: Change in Table X which reflects a step increase to confidential employees’ salaries mirrored by CESPA step-pay increase. Update of current titles. Section II: See Certificated (CCEA) – Financial increase of $2,800,000.00. Section III: See Support (CESPA) – Financial increase of approximately $1,800,000.00. Section IV: Miscellaneous Salaries: Minimum Wage increase .05 cents an hour on January 1, 2018. Section V: Update of current titles. No change was recorded to administrative pay. | ||
