The adopted payroll calendar serves as the instrument for the reporting of employees for payroll purposes.  The calendar includes specific due dates for processing payroll for 2017-18 for Florida Youth Challenge.

Section V (5.04)  of the School Board of Clay County rules states that the School Board shall annually adopt a payroll calendar for the purpose of establishing pay periods and paydays for the employees of the Board. Approval of a calendar is necessary to be in compliance with this rule for Florida Youth Challenge. 

All proposed 17-18 calenadas were approved at the Februrary, 2017 school board meeting.  FLYCLA student/employee work calendar was not developed and approved until the March, 2017 meeting.  Payroll calendars are developed based on approved work calendars.

Proposed calendar should be approved by the school board.
