Bargaining Team Members are approved by the School Board prior to collective bargaining each year.   Superintendent Davis and Assistant Superintendent for Business Affairs, Dr. Susan Legutko, are ex officio members of both teams.    Please see attachment.

The School Board of Clay County will approve the appointment of bargaining teams which will successfully negotiate the 2017-2018 contracts between the School Board of Clay County along with the  CCEA and CESPA bargaining units.
