Clay Electric Cooperative is seeking a Right-of-Way Easement as described in Exhibit “A” and Exhibit “B”, to install and have access to electrical equipment required in the construction and operation of Elementary School “Y.”

Approve the Right-of-Way Easement.  Electrical equipment, lines, and distribution panels will be installed providing electrical service to Elementary School “Y.”

Per staff recommendations, the Board has approved previous requests for Right-of-Way Easements.

Approval of the Right-of-Way Easement is required for construction and operation of Elementary School “Y.”

Ensure effective management of the organization, operations, and facilities to maximize the use of resources and promote a safe, efficient, and effective learning environment for Clay County students.  

Approve the Clay Electric Cooperative Right-of-Way Easement for Elementary School “Y.”
