Financial Impact The District’s estimated construction cost is $850,000.00. The fee for Construction Manager At-Risk (.25% preconstruction; 4.5% construction services) will be based upon the GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) or final cost for the AICE Testing Facility at Fleming Island High School. This is a school initiated project that will be fully funded through the AICE Program. There is no financial impact to the District. | ||
