Description Plaintiff filed a complaint against the School Board of Clay County in the above-referenced action in 2015 (“Action”). The Action arose from a trip and fall at Orange Park High School which allegedly resulted in Plaintiff’s wrist injuries. Plaintiff seeks monetary damages for pain, suffering, medical expenses, and attorney’s fees. The case can be settled for $11,000.00, which is substantially lower than the anticipated total cost of defense through trial.
