Minutes: Carol Studdard nominated Janice Kerekes. The nomiation was seconded by Betsy Condon. Motion carried 5-0. |

Minutes: Janice Kerekes nominated Carol Studdard. The nomination was seconded by Betsy Condon. Motion carried 5-0.
Following election of the Chair and Vice Chair, Mrs. Kerekes took the gavel as the new Chair. |

6. Establish Date and Time of Meetings | |||
Minutes: There was brief discussion about moving Regular meetings of the School Board from the third Thursday. Following discussion, motion was made by Carol Studdard, seconded by Betsy Condon, to establish holding Regular meetings on the first Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. effective with the January 2017 meeting. The December meeting will remain on the third Thursday, December 15, 2016. Motion carried 5-0. |
