Title C22 - Change Order #6 for Tynes Elementary School New Classroom Addition | ||
Description Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This Change Order is needed to address extension of the construction duration, resulting from weather delays and the Contractor’s death. (Additional information attached). | ||
