| Title C15 - Proclamation #26-08 School Psychologist Week | ||
| Description November 3 - 7, 2025 is National School Psychology Week (NSPW). School psychologists are uniquely qualified members of school teams that support students, teachers, and families foster student success. School psychologists partner with school teams, teachers, school administrators, and other professionals to create safe, healthy, and supportive learning environments that strengthen connections between home, school, and the community. They apply expertise in mental health, learning, and behavior to help children and youth succeed socially, behaviorally, emotionally, and academically, through the identification of appropriate, evidence-based educational services for all children, youth, and families. We want to recognize the contributions of school psychologists in supporting the academic success of our students. | ||
| Gap Analysis This proclamation will promote the School Board of Clay County's commitment to creating a safe and positive culture and community by acknowleding the contributions of the School Psychologist team. | ||
| Previous Outcomes The citizens of Clay County recognized and appreciated the contributions of school psychologists. | ||
| Expected Outcomes The citizens of Clay County will recognize and further support the work of school psychologists and the provision of their services that assist students and families in promoting academic success. | ||

| Recommendation The school board will proclaim November 3 - 7, 2025 School Psychologist Week and recognize the contributions of school psychologists to our academic community. | ||
