Title C9 - Interagency Transition Agreement for Children and Families Birth to Kindergarten - Facilitated by Florida's Transition Project/TATS
Description The Interagency Transition Agreement for Children and Families Birth to Kindergarten provides for a seamless articulation for students with disabilities to school-age services, as required under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

Expected Outcomes With the approval of this interagency agreement, students will transition seamlessly from birth to preschool-age services. Agency collaboration will continue to support all aspects of identification, eligibility, and service provisions.
