The project was competitively bid and was advertised for three (3) consecutive weeks with the Clay Today.  The bid opening was held October 17, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.  The project had Seven (7) bidders and all bidders met the bid requirements.

Recommendation

Award the construction contract to F&G Construction General Contractors, Inc., the low bidder meeting specifications in the base bid amount of $2,198,000.00.
