Title C25 - Change Order #2 (Days Only) for Keystone Heights High School Visitor Concession Stand | ||
Description Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This change order is for thirty-five (35) days to be added to the contract due to additional lead time needed for the roof panel and the millwork/countertop, submittal revisions, and weather delays due to Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. | ||

Financial Impact If approved, this Change Order will not increase the contract amount. The Substantial Completion date will now be December 21, 2024. Final Completion date is January 20, 2025. Architect fees will not increase as a result of this change order. | ||
