This is a renewal of our existing RAPTOR contract (#270027) for a period of 4/1/2026 - 6/30/2027 with the addition of the Event Safe product (#270032) for a period of 10/1/2026 - 6/30/2027. This product will help schools handle large events through pre-registration, digital ticketing, and greatly reduce stress and check-in time. This agreement also consolidates all of our RAPTOR products to have one invoice date that occurs during the summer and not during the school year.

The district currently relies on standard front-office kiosk hardware for visitor screening. While effective for daily single-visitor check-ins, this infrastructure creates significant operational bottlenecks during high-volume school events.

This is a renewal of a previous RAPTOR contract that also includes the new addition of their Event Safe product.

Approval will result in a continuation of our RAPTOR services as well as the addition of Event Safe. It will also move all invoicing deadlines to the summer instead of a midyear renewal.
