As set forth in the attachments: Exhibit “A”.  Clay Electric Cooperative, Inc. is seeking approval for Grant of Right of Way Easement.  The Right of Way Easement is necessary to enable Clay Electric Cooperative, Inc. to erect a new pole and install an overhead power transformer to service two relocatable buildings.  These two buildings will house the CCDS Safety and Security Annex.

Approval of the Right of Way Easement will allow Clay Electric Cooperative, Inc. to provide electrical service to power the newly installed CCDS Safety and Security Annex. 

The Board has approved previous Clay Electric Cooperative, Inc. Grants of Right of Way Easements.

Consent to approve the Grant of Right of Way Easement is expected. Clay Electric Cooperative, Inc. requires this access to Middleburg Transportation Facility for electrical service connection to CCDS Safety and Security Annex.

Ensure effective management of the organization, operations, and facilities to maximize the use of resources and promote a safe, efficient, and effective learning environment for Clay County students.
