| Title Final 2023/2024 – 2027/2028 Educational Facilities Plan | ||
| Description The Final Educational Facilities Plan (EFP) is developed and reviewed by District staff and approved by the School Board each fiscal year. The plan establishes a systematic approach to Educational Facility Construction and Planning in order to meet the needs of the district. | ||
| Gap Analysis The Final Educational Facilities Plan (EFP) is amended annually based on district facilities needs and funding availability. The Operations Division met to conduct current project reviews, determine needs assessment, and to identify project priorities that best reflect the needs of the district. | ||
| Previous Outcomes The Board has reviewed and approved the Educational Facilities Work Plan in previous years. | ||
| Expected Outcomes Meet the state requirement by submitting the five-year Educational Facilities Plan. | ||
| Strategic Plan Goal Ensure fiscal responsibility through the effective management of district operations in an effort to maximize available resources necessary to provide an environment that is safe, efficient, and conducive to learning. | ||
| Recommendation Adopt the Final Educational Facilities Plan. | ||
