St. Johns River State College and Clay County School District  agree to establish a relationship to improve the dual enrollment and postsecondary opportunities of Clay County students. Pragmatic Works agrees to pay for the instructional costs  and textbooks associated with a SJRSC faculty member to provide dual enrollment instruction at a site designated by The Clay County School District.
