Title C20 - SEDNET and ESE Support Services contract 2017-19. | ||
Description Collaborative programming to meet the needs of eligible students are required under the IDEA grants and agreements with Lutheran Services Florida, Inc., and Family Support Services of North Florida, Inc. | ||
Gap Analysis The Multiagency Network for Students with Emotional/Behavioral Disabilities (SEDNET) has been able to expand services to students and families through additional funding from Lutheran Services Florida and Family Support Services of North Florida. SEDNET serves Clay, Duval, and Nassau counties and the additional services have been very much needed. However, there is a need for additional support staff, on a periodic basis, to support these expanded services.

Previous Outcomes This agreement has been in place since 2014 and this experienced individual has provided periodic, supplemental support to ensure the ancillary services for students and families are implemented and reported. | ||
Expected Outcomes This agreement provides experienced support for on a periodic basis for records and data management and agency collaboration. It allows the SEDNET project and ESE department to continue to meet the requirements of all IDEA grants and local agreements. | ||

Financial Impact This is funded with district funds. Costs are expected to be $28,800 for the two-year contract window. | ||
