| Description The Thunderbolt Elementary School HVAC Repair/Replacement project was listed and approved by the School Board as part of the 2025/26 Educational Facilities Plan (EFP). The district will be utilizing the DCPS RFP N 08/19 –TW –HVAC Maintenance Bid. Per School Board policy, contracts over $500,000.00 must be approved by the School Board of Clay County; therefore, this contract is being presented for approval. | ||
