The Educational Facilities Plan (EFP) is developed and reviewed by District staff and approved by the School Board each fiscal year.  The Plan establishes a systematic approach to Educational Facility Construction in order to meet the needs of the District.

The Educational Facilities Plan (EFP) is updated annually based on district facilities needs and funding availability. The Operations Division met to conduct current project reviews, determine needs assessment, and to identify project priorities that best reflect the needs of the District.

The Educational Facilities plan is an annual requirement.

Meet the state requirement by submitting the five-year Educational Facilities Plan outlining project priorities. 

Ensure effective management of the organization, operations and facilities to maximize the use of resources and promote a safe, efficient and effective learning environment for Clay County students. 

Adopt the Final 2018/19 – 2022/23 Educational Facilities Plan.
