Title C19 - Master Inservice Plan | ||
Description Clay County District Schools has revised and updated the master inservice plan (MIP) that identifies the components of professional learning that may generate master inservice plan points toward recertification or add-on certification. The components in the MIP are deliverables of the professional learning/development system and a major support in addressing the goals of the district, the strategic plan and individual deliberate practice. | ||
Gap Analysis Florida state statute requires the Master Inservice Plan to be updated and approved annually by the School Board. | ||
Previous Outcomes The Master Inservice Plan for Clay County needed to be updated and revised. | ||
Expected Outcomes The Master Inservice Plan serves as the foundation for all professional learning resulting in certified educators receiving points toward certification renewal and/or add-on. The Master Inservice Plan must be updated and approved annually by the School Board. | ||
Strategic Plan Goal GOAL 5: Develop and support great educators, support and leaders The Master Inservice Plan is a support for developing great educators and leaders through continuous learning. | ||
Recommendation That the School Board of Clay County School District approve the 2018-19 Master Inservice Plan. | ||
