Title C32 - Change Order #4 for Fleming Island High School AICE Testing Facility | ||
Description Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This change order is for owner requested items. Specifically, to replace the failing storm water piping in the vicinity of the AICE Testing Building, Structure 33, South and East Pipes. The piping would be replaced regardless of the construction of the new building. | ||

Previous Outcomes The Construction Manager At-Risk is able to continue with construction for an on time completion. | ||
Expected Outcomes The Construction Manager At-Risk will proceed immediately with construction translating to an on time completion. Storm drainage at Fleming Island High School will be replaced. | ||

Financial Impact The additional $46,611.13 will be from budgeted District Capital Outlay funds and is not a cost funded by Fleming Island High School. Architect fees will increase by $3,728.89 as a result of this change order. | ||
