| Description TRIM requires two public hearings for open discussion of millage rates and budgets of taxing authorities. The first hearing was held on July 27, 2021, at 5:01 p.m. to adopt the proposed millage and the tentative budget. The second hearing is to adopt the millage and the final budget for the 2021-2022 school year. The first substantive issue discussed by the governing body of taxing authority is the percentage increase or decrease in millage over the rolled-back rate necessary to fund the budget. The second is to discuss any significant modifications to the tentative budget. | ||
