April 19, 2007 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #44 Item Title C-11 (Bolla) 2007/08 Special Pupil Requests: 2007/08 Non-Resident Admissions Guidelines Issue/Rationale To provide guidelines for Special Pupil Requests (Clay County residents requesting a school other than the zoned school) and Non-Resident Admissions (residents of other counties requesting to attend a Clay County school).  Also included are the guidelines for non-residents of Clay County to enroll their students in KHE if the parents establish a business in Keystone Heights.  This exception is intended to encourage the development of businesses in the small, isolated city that supports 3 public schools (KHE, KHHS, MRE).
