April 21, 2011 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #14 Item Title C-13 Amendment to Carlton Palms Contract Issue/Rationale This 2010-2011 contract with AdvoServ adds another Clay County student to residential placement.  Clay County pays for the educational costs, flowing FTE through to the residential site.  Florida state agencies are paying for the residential, non-educational cost. Recommended Action Approve Amendment to Carlton Palms Contract as submitted. Financial Impact The educational costs of this additional residential placement for a Clay County student at Carlton Palms Education Center, Inc. are approximately $3,460.87, prorated for the days remaining in this school year.
