C-14 Lindamood-Bell Contract
Issue/Rationale
Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes provides specialized training to assist struggling readers. Some Clay County Staff have been trained in previous years with positive outcomes for students.
Bringing Lindamood-Bell staff to Clay County is a less expensive way to train elementary staff in these programs compared to traveling to an out of county site.
Recommended Action
Approve Lindamood-Bell contract as submitted.
Financial Impact
$40,000.00 which will be paid by Medicaid funds.
