C-43 Additive Change Order #1 for Orange Park High School Roof Replacement Building 4 (Gymnasium)
Issue/Rationale
Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board. This change order is required weatherproof the two curbs which support the AC rooftop units. Contractor: J. Register Company; Architect: McCullar & Boatright Architects, P.A.
Recommended Action
Approve the change order.
Financial Impact
If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $1,840.00. The substantial completion date is July 8, 2011. Architect fees will increase by $110.40 as a result of this Change Order.
