Change orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, which may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Once a change order is initiated, review/evaluation is undertaken to determine the merit and/or requirements of the change order. Change orders affect the scope of the project and are required to be School Board approved by State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes.
