August 17, 2006 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #46 Item Title C-48 Agreement between School Board of Clay County and Peters Creek Investments, LLC for Saratoga Springs, a Development of Regional Impact (Revised) Issue/Rationale Pursuant to School Board direction, an Agreement has been prepared.  Legal counsel for both parties have been involved with its development.  This Agreement not only contains provisions for financial commitments, but also provisions specific to the school sites.
