Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval.  The additive changes are for unforeseen issues associated with remodeling.  See attached.

Approve the Change Order.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $2,417.24.  The Substantial Completion date is October 19, 2011.  Final Completion date is November 18, 2011.  Architect fees will increase by $145.03 as a result of this change order.
