Item Title
C-22 Contract with Florida Learning Alliance, Inc. for 7-1-11 to 6-30-12 and Perpetual Agreement with North East Florida Educational Consortium
Issue/Rationale
The Florida Learning Alliance, Inc. agrees to provide support services as outlined in the attached contract for the staff development management sytem Navigator Plus--Track (Teacher Inservice Records) Module for the period of July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012.
The District School Board of Putnam County on behalf of the North East Florida Educational Consortium agrees to provide perpetual support services as outlined in the attached agreement for the Navigator Plus--Plan (Teacher Independent Professional Development Plans) Module for a term of one (1) year from said date and shall automatically be renewed for subsequent one (1) year terms on the anniversary date unless modified or terminated by agreement of the parties.
Recommended Action
Approve agreements as presented.
