August 18, 2011 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #51 Item Title Public Hearing - Approve as advertised, CCSB Policy 6GX-10-5.08 D.1.c. - Universal Free School Breakfast Issue/Rationale Amendments to Florida Statute 1006.06(5) require that the Board create policy which provides for free breakfast to all students in each elementary, junior high and high school at which 80% or more of the students are eligible for free or reduced-price meals.  Creation of Board policy required advertisement of the new policy for public hearing.
