December 14, 2006 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #24 Item Title C-25 Final (Phase III) Plans and Specifications for Duct Board Replacement at Clay High School B-3A Issue/Rationale Final (Phase III) Plans and Specifications are required to have School Board approval prior to the submission to the Code Enforcement Department for plan review. The Final Plans and Specifications are on file within the Department of Maintenance and Operations. Recommended Action Approve the plans as submitted. Financial Impact Part IV Capital Outlay will be used to fund this project. $361,000.00 has been budgeted for the project. This has been budgeted in the 5-Year Capital Projects Plan.
