Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board. Change orders affect the scope of the project and are required to be School Board approved. See attached Change Order for explanation.

If approved, this Change Order will reduce the contract amount by $1,800.00. The Substantial Completion date was October 24, 2009 and the new Final Completion date will be February 1, 2010.

Engineer fees will not be affected as a result of this change order.
