December 17, 2009 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #10 Item Title C-9 Amendment #2 to contract #D676 from the Department of Children and Families (DCF) contract to be served by the Multi-Agency Network for Students with Emotional/Behavioral Disabilities (SEDNET) Grant for July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010. Issue/Rationale The SEDNET Grant services Clay, Baker, Nassau, Duval, and St. Johns Counties.  Children and Families will increase funding for parent and professional training, date collection, coordination, etc. for the Multi-Disciplinary Team/Treatment Review Team.  The contract provides extra services to emotionally disturbed children and children at risk of serious problems. Recommended Action Approve contract amendment #2 as submitted. Financial Impact Department of Children and Families will provide additional state funds to the SEDNET project.  There is no cost to the School District of Clay County.
