Florida Statute 1012.27 requires the School Board to adopt a salary schedule to be used as a basis for paying all school system employees, and to approve any changes and revisions made to the schedule throughout the school year.

Additional language added to Control Factors for Administrators, and Appendix IVA, was requested by the Department of Education in an Audit Review.

Compensation regarding "exemplary" status will be prorated based on the length and type of contract held by the respective employee.
